1. Service and Permitted Use

This website provides tools for managing customer service templates, organizing notes, building guided workflows, composing replies, and copying prepared text for use in external support channels.

You may use ReplyCrate for lawful personal, professional, or internal business purposes. The tool assists your work but does not replace your review, judgment, professional obligations, or responsibility for messages you send.

2. Your Content

You are responsible for the templates, notes, workflows, copied text, and other content you create, import, export, or use through the app.

Your locally stored content remains yours. ReplyCrate does not obtain a license to that content merely because it is stored in your browser. You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to use the content and must review it before sending it to a customer or third party.

3. Local Data and Backups

The current app primarily stores your workspace data in your browser. Browser storage may be removed if you clear site data, change devices, reset the browser, use private browsing, or run cleanup tools.

You are responsible for exporting and keeping backups of content that matters to you.

4. Privacy and Third-Party Services

The Privacy Policy explains local browser storage, region-based Google Analytics defaults, Netlify hosting, and your choices. By using ReplyCrate, you acknowledge that these providers may operate under their own terms and policies.

You are responsible for ensuring that customer or employee information you place in the tool is handled consistently with your organization's policies and applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-violating purposes.

You must not store or distribute malware, spam, harassment, illegal content, or content that violates another person's rights; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or availability; or use automated activity that unreasonably burdens the service.

6. ReplyCrate Intellectual Property

The website design, interface, code, and original site materials belong to the website owner or their licensors, unless otherwise stated.

These terms do not transfer ownership of ReplyCrate, its branding, source materials, or third-party software to you. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Service Availability and Changes

ReplyCrate may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features or the service. Continuous access, error-free operation, permanent storage, or compatibility with every browser, device, or file is not guaranteed.

ReplyCrate may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, legal requirements, or service integrity.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReplyCrate is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties that it will meet every requirement or that content produced with it will be correct, complete, legally compliant, or suitable for every situation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReplyCrate is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service, loss of locally stored data, or reliance on prepared content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes to These Terms

ReplyCrate may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page, and material changes will be highlighted on the website where appropriate.

If you continue using the service after updated terms take effect, the updated terms apply to future use, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
