Privacy Policy

1. Information and Purposes

ReplyCrate processes information to provide and secure the website, preserve your local workspace and preferences, support imports and exports, respond to inquiries, and measure website traffic under the regional Analytics defaults and choices described below.

• Content you create: templates, notes, tags and colors, opening and closing text, delayed messages, copy history, and workflow content.
• Necessary preferences and metadata: language, display settings, onboarding status, a randomly generated workspace identifier, and import-reference mappings.
• Hosting and security data: IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and technical logs handled through Netlify.
• Analytics data while Analytics is enabled: page and session activity, interaction events, referral source, approximate location, and browser or device information handled through Google Analytics.

2. Local Workspace Data

User-created workspace content is stored primarily in IndexedDB in your browser, with local storage used as a fallback and for migration backups. ReplyCrate does not intentionally upload template text, workflow content, notes, copy history, imported file content, or customer-message content to an application server or Google Analytics.

Local workspace data remains until you delete it in the app or clear the website's browser storage. Copy-history entries are limited to the most recent 50 items and are removed after three days when the app processes stored history.

3. Accounts, Devices, and Retention

The current website does not require registration, login, or a password and does not provide account-based cloud sync. Your workspace generally remains on the same browser and device.

Clearing site data, using private browsing, changing devices, resetting the browser, or running cleanup tools may remove local data. Necessary preferences are retained until replaced or cleared.

4. Export and Import

Export and import features are controlled by you. When you export data, your browser creates a file that you can save, move, delete, or import later.

Please store exported files carefully. They may contain customer service templates, internal notes, workflow text, or other content you entered into the app.

5. Necessary Browser Storage and Your Consent Choice

IndexedDB and local storage are necessary for the local workspace, language and display preferences, data migration, and the versioned Analytics choice record. A session-only replycrate_geo_class cookie stores only strict or standard so the correct default can be applied; it does not store an IP address, city, coordinates, or precise location. These technologies are not used for cross-site advertising.

The July 31, 2026 Cookie policy upgrade invalidates every earlier Analytics acceptance or refusal, including records without the current version and explicit source. The old record is removed and the current regional default is applied once. Only a new choice made through the updated interface is saved and retained across later visits; it is not reset on every page load.

6. Google Analytics and Advertising

ReplyCrate currently uses Google Analytics. Analytics cookies default on in standard regions outside the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. They default off in those strict regions and whenever Netlify does not provide a valid country code. Region detection is used only to choose this default.

When Analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may process page and session statistics, existing allow-listed interaction events, referral information, approximate location derived by Google, and browser or device information. ReplyCrate sends normalized page routes without query strings or local workflow identifiers and does not intentionally read or send templates, workflows, notes, copy history, imported content, or customer messages stored in IndexedDB or local storage.

Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<measurement-id>. Analytics user-level and event-level data is retained according to the GA4 property settings and only while needed for traffic analysis; aggregated standard reports may follow different retention behavior.

When Analytics is off, ReplyCrate does not load the Google tag or send Analytics page views or limited cookieless Analytics signals. You may change the setting at any time through Cookie settings. Turning it off stops future ReplyCrate Analytics events and removes Analytics cookies that this website can control.

Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain denied in every region and are not enabled by Allow analytics. Google AdSense and Google Ads remarketing are not enabled.

7. Hosting and Service Providers

The public website is hosted and delivered through Netlify. Netlify may process IP addresses, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and technical logs to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

Google receives Analytics information only while Analytics is enabled by the regional default or your saved choice. These providers may process information in locations outside your country under their own legal terms and safeguards.

8. Sharing and International Processing

ReplyCrate does not sell your local workspace content. Information may be disclosed to hosting or analytics providers for the purposes described above, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the website and its users.

Because Netlify and Google operate internationally, hosting information and Analytics information collected while Analytics is enabled may be processed outside your country. Their contractual and technical safeguards apply to that processing.

9. Security and Sensitive Information

Local browser storage is not an encrypted enterprise vault. Anyone with access to your browser profile or exported files may be able to view saved data.

Avoid saving sensitive personal data, payment information, passwords, private account details, or confidential customer records unless you have reviewed and satisfied your own privacy, security, and legal requirements.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You can view, edit, export, or delete local workspace content in the app and can clear all site storage through your browser. Export a backup first if you want to keep the content.

You can allow, decline, or withdraw Analytics consent through Cookie settings. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about relevant personal data by contacting ReplyCrate. Because there is no account system, enough information may be required to identify an Analytics record, and some requests may not be technically possible for anonymous or locally held data.

Providing workspace content is optional, but the related feature cannot work without it. Necessary browser storage is required to preserve the local workspace. You can turn Analytics off at any time, and doing so does not limit app features.

11. Changes and Contact

ReplyCrate may update this policy when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by the effective date and a notice on the website where appropriate.
